The Contracting Authority/Employer is the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure. The contract includes: •Technical assistance and classification supervision services to the Contracting Authority and Plovput with regard to design and construction of the marking vessel; •Verification and analysis of all documents and activities related to marking vessel design and construction; •Surveys at the time of construction, entry into class and modifications to ensure that the vessel meets the criteria stipulated by the classification rules; •Appraisal of the design during and after construction; •Issuance of a “Certificate of Classification” and entering the vessel-s particulars into the society-s Register of Ships.
