Scope of this procurement includes supervision of works as a FIDIC Engineer in accordance with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for construction of a wastewater transmission system and for design and reconstruction of a WWTP, including Pre-Construction Activities, Design Review Activities, Construction Activities and Post-Construction Activities. The indicative scope of works covers the construction of sewerage network consisting of the following elements: Section 1: Sewerage network - Separation of storm water and sewerage networks in city centre for a length of 2, 060 m - Construction of sewerage network in settlements Ambarine, Juškovića potok and Podbišće in total length of 7.99 km. Section 2: Rehabilitation of wastewater treatment plant Rehabilitated and upgraded WWTP in proper operation. The WWTP shall be designed for two phases, with an ultimate capacity being 7300 PE and phase I as 5250 PE. The effluent capacity will be increased from 580 m3/d to 1178 m3/d. Rehabilitation works will cover phase I (5250 PE). The supervision of works shall be implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Montenegrin legislation and relevant EU and EIB requirements.
