The KAPAYAPAAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure SUPPLIES AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR PAINTING MATERIALS OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS. The procurement will be conducted through the Alternative Method of Procurement, specifically Small Value Procurement as provided Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
