This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL 33744 has a need to purchase Air Compressor, Champion Delux brand name or equal, as listed on Attachment 1 (Salient Characteristic). The RFQ # is 36C24823Q1081. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ, and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08 (10-28-2022). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 333912; the size standard is 1, 000 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Additionally, Offerors must provide a Limitations on Subcontracting (LOS) with their quote.
