Tenders are invited for Supply and Construction of Irrigation Networks and Agricultural Support for Small Farmers in the Villages

The Rural Women Development Association is implementing the project " Enhancing the Resilience of Palestinian Women in Chronic Humanitarian Crises in Palestine " in the villages of Mazra'a al-Nubani, Qarwat Bani Zeid and Aroura in the Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate - West Bank. With the support of the Community of Madrid (Comunidad de Madrid) and the Foundation for Social Advancement (FPS) .

Qualified and legally registered companies are invited to participate in this competition by obtaining a certified copy of the tender documents by visiting the Association-s office any day from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the following address: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun, Legislative Circle, Sabat Building (next to Wasil Building), 2nd Floor,

GENERAL CONDITIONS

· The prices offered include value added tax as the project is not tax exempt from the Palestinian Ministry of Finance, which requires issuing an invoice and source discount by the supplier who wins the bid later .

· The Rural Women Development Association is not obligated to award the lowest price offered .

· Incomplete bids, bids that do not comply with the minimum conditions and requirements, or bids received after the specified deadline will be rejected .

· Companies applying for the competition must attach a bid entry guarantee of no less than 5% of the value of the financial offer .

· The process of documenting the receipt and delivery of bids must be ensured in the official receipt and delivery records at the association-s headquarters .

· The publication and advertising fees for this tender are covered, with the necessity of submitting a 10% performance guarantee from the company that wins the tender .

· The price of the copy is 200 shekels, to be paid upon receipt of the copy from the association-s headquarters .
