Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Isabela, has received the share from the CY-2022 Collection of Burley and Native Tobacco Excise Tax and it intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION PESOS ONLY (P4, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 100 units Rototiller and 100 units Earth Auger Machine for the Municipality of Roxas, Isabela /LGU-ROx-SDG-04-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Equipment is required within 1 Calendar Day upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
