1. The National Irrigation Administration - Magat River Integrated Irrigation System Head Office, through General Appropriations Act for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (PHP 8, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONTRACT NO. 2024-MARIIS-HO-OMNISPIS-G-15; SUPPLY AND DELIVERY FOR 13.8KV TRANSMISSION LINE HARDWARE MATERIALS, PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
