SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 13TH CYCLE SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM FOR MALNOURISHED CHILDREN & PREGNANT WOMEN
1. The Municipality of Polillo, through the Trust Fund (Performance Based-Grant) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT PESOS & 50/100 ONLY (₱1, 203, 258.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 13TH CYCLE SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM FOR MALNOURISH CHILDREN AND PREGNANT WOMEN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Polillo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
