Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 16 UNITS BEDSIDE MONITOR WITH CENTRAL MONITORING SYSTEM (LR)

ITB No. 2024-99

1. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee and through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱ 3, 000, 000.00) being the Total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 16 Units Bedside Monitor with Central Monitoring System (LR), 1 unit.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and installation of the machine is required upon notification and/or as called for. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
