Hybrid palay seeds- NSIC Rc 404H
-Above 85% seed germination taken not more than two (2) months prior to delivery and another samples for germination be taken at drop-off points
-For locally produced seeds, must pass the complete test based on Seed Certification Standards conducted by BPI-NSQCS to be submitted during the delivery
For imported seeds, must pass the seed testing standards on germination rate and moisture content conducted by BPI-NSQCS and must submit certification from the seed company and supporting documents from country of origin bearing true-to-type variety to be submitted during the delivery
-Preferably harvested not more that 10 months prior to delivery
-Individual customized packaging at 3kg/pack inside the prescribed packaging must be printed out with DA logo labelled with "NOT FOR SALE" and RFO1 with QR code
