1) The Municipality of Itogon through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Six Thousand pesos only (Php366, 000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 244 SETS SPORT UNIFORM FOR MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, Solicitation No. 24-495. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at the bid opening.
