Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:
INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 7 UNITS BIOMASS SHREDDER TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE FARMER-S COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS UNDER THE LEED PROGRAM FOR FY 2025
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum; TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P2, 100, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-01-0145. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
