1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Public Affairs Fund (PR#2024-04-2503) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P7, 560, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 70, 000 packs Spaghetti Pasta 400g w/ Spaghetti Sauce 500g at Provincial Social Welfare & Development Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
