For the

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS USE BY AGRICULTURE OFFICE

1. The Local Government Unit of Nasipit, through the General Fund as approved through the (DA- Support to Agri-Fishery Projects) in the amount of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 420, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Products use by Agriculture Office. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Nasipit now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Products use by Agriculture Office. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN (30) THIRTY calendar days from receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
