Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ANIMAL ZOOLOGICAL SUPPLIES CONSISTING OF 3 LOTS TO BE USE FOR THE LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY PRODUCTION OF DA RFO III STATIONS FOR FY 2025 (REBID)

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the NATIONAL ExPENDITURE PROGRAM for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum; TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200, 000.00) FOR LOT 1; TWO HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P249, 750.00) FOR LOT AND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P250, 000.00) FOR LOT 3, being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2024-10-0031 (2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
