The Municipality of Kalayaan through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Pesos & 00/100 (Php 118, 220.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Assorted Construction Materials intended for the improvement of Sawmill Facility in Brgy. Pag-asa, Kalayaan.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
