INVITATION TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROJECT:
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES FOR MAYOR-S OFFICE USE
1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (₱185, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR4688. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of the Request for Quotation.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites quotation for the project: Supply and Delivery of Audio-Visual Equipment and Accessories for Mayor-s Office use with reference no. PR4688, delivery of goods is required within 45 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
