The Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) through the General Appropriations Act of 2023 (GAA 2023) and the Continuing Appropriations under R.A. 11639 (GAA 2022) intends to apply the total sum of Five Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱5, 200, 000.00), being the ABC, to payments under the contract for the procurement of Supply and Delivery of Brand-New Computers for the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) (P.R. No. 23-0046). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
