Bid should be submitted typing and not hand written (written by hand bids will be considered as ineligible)
One sealed envelope should be submitted in person and not by email to LRC headquarters in Spears, Finance Department at the 1rst floor with the inscription: ITB/ 2024-013 Do not open before June, 03, 2024” No other inscription should be included on this envelope.
