1. The City Government of Lipa, through the CY 2025 Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos and 72/100 (P8, 499, 960.72) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR USE OF THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE, with Project Identification Number-2024-12-1123.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed . Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
