Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

“Supply and Delivery of Eighty-Two (82) pcs Branded Sealed Lead-Acid Battery”

1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP1, 230, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Eighty-Two (82) pcs Branded Sealed Lead-Acid Battery” with Purchase Request Number 520240205417. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
