1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Electric Kilowatt Hour Meter, Digital, Single Phase, Sealed and Certified by Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) for the purchase of electrical supplies- PGO with Purchase Request No. 24-3802 under Bid No. B-24-0208. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
