The Municipal Government of Ambaguio, through the Budget for Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 770, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ENGINE AND REPAIR OF DUMPTRUCK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
