TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1. DOSAGE OF MEDICINES, DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES MUST BE FOLLOWED AND MUST HAVE AN ExPIRATION DATES OT 2025 AND ABOVE
2. REFRIGERATED MEDICINES MUST BE STORE INSIDE A VACCINE CARRIER WITH THE TEMPERATURE OF 2- 8 DEGREE Celcius upon delivery. Must provide Certificate of Product Registration of all medicines procured ( 1 file copy for RHU Pharmacy.
DELIVERY PERIOD :
MUST BE DELIVERED WITH IN FIFTEEN ( 15 ) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF PURCHASE ORDER ( PO )
