MUNICIPALITY OF GASAN

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EYEGLASSES FOR THE CONDUCT OF OPTICAL-MEDICAL MISSION

1. The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through General Fund CY 2024 - GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Eyeglasses for the Conduct of Optical-Medical Mission. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Gasan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
