Project Identification No. CVD-PB24-005

1. The NATIONAL DAIRY AUTHORITY, through the Corporate Operating Budget 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seventy-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 3, 079, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Feeds for Dairy Animals in Ubay Dairy Multiplier Farm, Ubay, Bohol/ CVD-B2024-02-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Dairy Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by June 2024 and December 2024 per schedule of Requirements in Section VI. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
