The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA, through TRUST FUND DERIVED FROM THE COLLECTION OF FIRE CODE FEES, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIxTY PESOS (PHP 2, 005, 460.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for GOODS-2024-12-96 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIRE FIGHTING GEARS AND EQUIPMENT FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION-TANZA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
