MUNICIPALITY OF GASAN

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD COMMODITIES - SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING (NUTRITION PROGRAM)

1. The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through General Fund CY 2024 (Nutrition Program) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Fifty Pesos (Php181, 050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Food Commodities - Supplementary Feeding (Nutrition Program). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Gasan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ten (10) working days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
