Project Identification Number-2024-12-1141

1. The City Government of Lipa, through the Special Education Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos only (P2, 910, 765.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD SUPPLEMENTS (VITAMINS AND MINERALS) FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM, with Project Identification Number-2024-12-1141.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed . Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
