1. The Local Government Unit of Cabadbaran City through the GF CY 2025 -CAPITAL OUTLAY intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos Only (P 616, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR (4) UNITS HEPA + CARBON AIR PURIFIER AND FOUR (4) UNITS AIR PURIFIER 3-WAY AIRFLOW FOR THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
