1. Price quotation (Unit Cost) must be inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes/charges.
2. The open price quotation must include the documentary requirements (see below) and must be submitted through this email, property.ca@judiciary.gov.ph, or to the Property Division, Court of Appeals, Maria Orosa St., Ermita, Manila.
3. No downpayment or advanced payment. Processing of payment via check or LDDAP shall only start after completed delivery of items.
4. Price quotation lacking with any documentary requirement shall not be considered for evaluation.
Documentary Requirements:
1. Proof of PhilGEPS Registration;
2. Mayor's/Business Permit for the current year;
3.Omnibus Sworn Statement (for ABC's above P50K);
4. Samples/Brochure/Data Sheet, as necessary and/or other documents as specified in the TOR/SOW/TS.
