PROJECT: Supply and delivery of Grocery packs as Token of Appreciation to all PCA Employee.



LOCATION: PCA Central Office Diliman, Quezon City.



II. SCOPE OF WORK

Supply and delivery of 284 grocery packs. Individual packaging must be in one color Ecobag and must include the following items:

1 bot. Coco Pure Coconut Water, 1 Liter

1 bot. Nutri Orange Juice, 1 Liter

1 bot Coco Jam, glass, 370g
