INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HYBRID CORN SEEDS, HYBRID VEGETABLE SEEDS, INORGANIC FERTILIZER, ORGANIC FERTILIZER AND PESTICIDES

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2023 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (P 3, 999, 980.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HYBRID CORN SEEDS, HYBRID VEGETABLE SEEDS, INORGANIC FERTILIZER, ORGANIC FERTILIZER AND PESTICIDES, 2024-004-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
