Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Hygiene Bag within Water and Environmental Sanitation Projects in the Governorates of Hodeidah, Raymah, Sana-a, Hajjah and Ibb.

The conditions contained in the instructions to suppliers in the tender and in the general conditions in the contracting contract are the conditions related to standard documents for submitting a tender for supply projects.

Qatar Charity - Yemen invites qualified suppliers in the field of hygiene tools and supplies (hygiene bags) to submit their bids through the tender whose subject is described above, in accordance with the tender documents and instructions shown below and in accordance with the details and forms approved by Qatar Charity QC.

· No bid will be accepted unless it meets the above conditions.

· The above Annex D bid scope is filled out according to the work statement schedule in the Annex (C) scope of work attachment, and does not deviate from the included areas or divide the quantities into one area.

· Any bid submitted after the last date for bidding will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.

· The supplier must attach a profile detailing previous experiences and contracts in the same field, financial ability, etc.

· The supplier is not allowed to replace, delete, or change any technical specifications of the items after the bid is awarded to him. In the event of any change, his bid will be rejected, the contract will be terminated, he will move to the next supplier and the bid security will be forfeited.

· This document is subject to the provisions of the Yemeni Law for Tenders, Auctions and Government Stores No. 23 of 2007 AD and its executive regulations. · Payment is made via a bank deposit to the supplier-s account or a check to the supplier upon completion of all work and delivery of all required reports certified by the relevant authorities within a period not exceeding one month from the date of submission of the reports.
