Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IRON FORTIFIED RICE AND STERILIZED MILK DRINK

(BID NO. 0257)

1. The City of Iloilo, through FY 2024 General Fund-Local Council for the Protection of Children FY2024 LCPC Work and Financial Plan (Survival Category) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos (₱599, 992.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units Projector Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ten (10) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
