1. The Margosatubig Regional Hospital, through the HOSPITAL INCOME intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php 4, 900, 800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Reagents and Supplies with Free Use of Machine for Blood Bank Services MRH-015-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Margosatubig Regional Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods/ Services is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within TWO (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
