The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), through the QUARANTINE SERVICES - CENTRAL OFFICE intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php1, 650, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) for use in National Plant Quarantine Services Division (NPQSD) Central Laboratory with ITB PR No. 3069-24BAC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The BPI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
