The Department of Agrarian Reform Rizal Provincial Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the “Procurement of Sixteen (16) pieces gold rings to be given as Loyalty Award to qualified personnel”. Interested and responsive bidders are welcome to submit quotations as follows:
