Description : GOODS-2024-08-014 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR ROAD CONCRETING (0.20M x 4.00M x 37.00LM) PLUS (0.20M x 2.50M x 30.00LM) FROM STA. 00.00M TO STA. 37.00 AND STA. 37.00 TO STA. 67.00M BESIDE PRIME HOMES PROPERTY TO HALWAN PUROK CENTER, KRY-ASS, TUNGKOP, MINGLANILLA, CEBU

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the LOCAL FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE PESOS (P 445, 925.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within FIFTEEN (15) days. Bidders should have completed at least one (1) contract that is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
