SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL OxYGEN FLOWMETER AND OTHER MEDICAL GAS ACCESSORIES

1. The West Visayas State University Medical Center, through the Use of Income Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Sixty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP 2, 069, 600.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Oxygen Flowmeter and Other Medical Gas Accessories. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The West Visayas State University Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
