Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL/LABORATORY EQUIPMENT TO BE USED BY MUNTINLUPA REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH & WELLNESS CLINIC * REPOSTED

1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through its duly approved Philhealth Reproductive Health & Wellness Clinic Trust Fundintends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Pesos(P2, 380, 300.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical/Laboratory Equipment to be used by Muntinlupa Reproductive Health & Wellness Clinic/2382.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
