INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES AND VITAMINS FOR TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL PROGRAM OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE
1. The Municipal Government of Dumaran, Palawan, through the 5% GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php. 220, 700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medicines and Vitamins for Tuberculosis Control Program of Municipal Health Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Dumaran, Palawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
