1. The Local Government unit of Pagbilao, through the Approved Budget by the Sanggunian - GOP, Supplemental Budget No. 3 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifty-one Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (P 551, 700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medicines & Medical Supplies (Municipal Epidemiology Surveillance Unit) / 2024-B-11.862 and 2024-B-11.863. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government unit of Pagbilao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) days.
