Sealing and Marking of Quotations Quotations should be sealed in a single envelope, clearly marked with the Procurement Reference Number G/RFQ/OHR29/04/2023/2024, addressed to Ministry of Information Communication and Technology- Ohangwena Regional Council with the Bidder's name and contact information at the back of the envelope. 8. Submission of Quotations Quotations should be deposited in the Bid Box at the Reception area of the Ministry of Information Communication and Technology, not later than the 01 March 2024 at 10:00. Quotations by post, courier or hand delivered should reach our office by the same date and time. Late quotations will be rejected. Quotations received by e-mail will not be considered.
