1. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through the Tobacco Excise Tax FY 2022 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php1, 850, 000.00) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit Agricultural Farm Tractor with Rotary Tiller and One (1) unit Four Rows Corn Seeder with Fertilizer Applicator. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
