1. The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY 2025 MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 335, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Supply and Delivery of Outdoor Warning Alarm Siren for the Installation of Early Warning System located at Barangay Poblacion Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
