Tenders are invited for Provision for Supply and Delivery of Phased Array Ultrasonic Test Equipment with Accessories and Calibration Services for Petronas Carigali Iraq Holding b.V
The Bidder-s Scope of Work shall include, but not necessarily limited to the following:
Supply and delivery of phased array UT equipment with accessories and
calibration services:
1. Omniscan latest edition and software
2. Hydroform-K-Manual Scanner
3. CHAINSCAN-xY38: Hand Scanner
4. Hydroform-A-ADP Chain
5. Standard Phased Array Probe
6. Standard Wedge for Angle Beam Phased-Array Probe
7. Calibration Block
8. Electric water pump
9. Calibration Services
1. The Tender is scheduled as follows:
i. Tender Announcement Date: 8 & 9 May 2023
ii. Interest Deadline: 25 May 2023
iii. Bid Closing Date: 31 May 2023, 1600, hours (Iraq Time, GMT+3)
2. Strategy
i. Tender Strategy: Competitive Bidding tender.
ii. Submission: Separate file/document for Technical & Commercial Proposal via
online submission to tender_iraq06@petronas.com.my
3. Interested Bidders shall email to tender_iraq06@petronas.com.my by stating your
interest to participate in this tender. Please clearly state the tender number, tender
title, and your company name in the email.
4. RFQ/ITB document shall be issued via email by PCIHBV.
5. The Bidders shall bear all costs arising from or incidental to the preparation,
clarification, finalization and delivery of their Bid Proposals.
6. The successful bidder will bear the advertisement fee of this tender as mentioned
in ITB.
7. PCIHBV reserves the right to award or not to award this tender at its sole discretion;
as well as the right to cancel the tender without prior notice.
