I. SCOPE OF WORK
Supply and delivery of 106 dose pneumococcal vaccine with the following details:
- Pnuemococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine, Polyvalent
- 0.5mL prifilled syringe
- Solution for injection (SC/IM)
- Each 0.5mL dose of vaccine contains 25mcg of each of the following 23 pneumococcal polysaccharide serotypes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6B, 7F, 8, 9N, 9V, 10A, 11A, 12F, 14, 15B, 17F, 18C, 19F, 19A, 20, 22F 23F, 33F
One (1) Day Vaccine Administration with the following details:
- One (1) Medical Doctor / Registered Nurse for One (1) day ONLY for the vaccine administration.
- Provides vaccine administration supplies such as alcohol pads, plaster strips, sharps collector, consent forms, vaccination cards
