Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Primary School Stationery and Equipment to Mahalapye Sub-District Council Warehouse
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Mahalapye Sub-District Council, xhosa II, Mahalapye Rural Administration Centre (RAC), Education Department, Principal Education Secretary-s office, Office No. 60. Tender Documents may be collected during working hours between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1630 hours with effect from 7th March 2022.
A non-refundable fee of P150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only); 50% youth Presidential Directive CAB 14 (B)/2015 payable at Council Revenue Office, Mahalapye RAC is required on collection of the Tender Document. Revenue operation hours are between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345 hours to 1530 hours; Note: The receipt should be produced as proof of payment at the time of collection of the document. • Any enquiries relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed to: Mr B.
