Description : 1. BACKGROUND

For CY 2024, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) will be strengthening its document archiving processes and practices. This is to improve search and retrieval time of documents. Since majority of the digital records are in PDF format, it is deemed necessary to have a licensed professional PDF software to gain access to advanced features and functionalities otherwise not available in free versions. Such features include redacting, password protection, splitting, merging, and extracting. All of which are necessary in various use cases in document archiving and sharing.

2. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT

The approved budget for the contract (hereto referred as ABC) is Two Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Pesos only (PHP 252, 000.00) inclusive of all government taxes and applicable fees and charges. Bid prices that exceed the ABC shall result in the outright disqualification of the bidder from further

participating in this procurement.
